We offer in-house design facilities where required. For laser cutting we use Lantek, a CAD/CAM system built to automate programming of sheet metal cutting machines. Designing a part, importing, nesting (automatic or manual), generating the cut, generating the CNC and checking the sheet store all happen in one program. Finished CAM programs go straight to the laser.
We often work closely with designers to make products viable for large scale, efficient manufacture.
LVD Cadman B-3D lets us import your 3D SolidWorks assemblies, explode, flatten and develop them, and create the CNC program automatically.
